A recent emergency blocked drain call we did on a new build house in Sandyford Dublin 18. The owner occupiers had recently moved in and found that the kitchen sink kept taking some time to drain away.

On inspection gully drain that services the sink waste is was apparent that some of the building sand and cement hand falling into the gully and partly blocked it up. Before calling us out the building contractors had attempted to clear the drain blockage themselves using drain rods. But Unfortunately they couldn’t get the remaining sand and cement out as it had made its way further down the drain.

Having inspected the drain fully we used our high-pressure water jet machine to clear the blockage from the drain system. Like we do with all our jobs we clean and disinfect the area around the drain leaving with another happy customer.
